Work started off today much better than yesterday...the cute little puppy that came in sick on Monday returned today brighter and more alert! She is only 1.4 lbs, and just so cute!!
Well long story short...we watched her today making sure she ate and drank. I took her outside to go to the bathroom, and when I brought her back in, people started asking about her, and while I was holding her...she did a backwards flip out of my arms and on to the arm of the chair my friend was in then on to the floor!!! :( Oh my god!! It was the worst feeling EVER!!! I cant even tell you how bad I felt, pretty much in tears, I am probably going to have nightmares about it!!

I felt like a HUGE jerk!! Not to mention there were three people that did not work there that witnessed this, one of our clients picking up his dog, and two potential ones, SO terrible!

You poor thing! I am so sorry. My friend has a dog just like that (mini dachsund?)and she did the exact same thing but actually landed on her head. She was ok but I felt bad for my friend...she was so upset! Don't worry about it...they are slippery little suckers. You are the best Vet Tech in town :) Oh, and now that I have a dog I watch all these shows like Dog Town on the National Geographic channel. They show all these wonderful Vet techs and I think of you!!
xoxoxoxo
Thanks lady :)
How is Annie, still barking?
She is doing better. She is over her seperation issues. We can leave and go to work and not worry about getting evicted. But, she barks are people in the hallways and lobby of our building. She is such a sweet dog but I am afraid people are going to think she is mean! I guess it takes time.
I don't know why but picturing this made me laugh out loud.
I am cruel.
Poor baby (you)! :) I'm sure that ADORABLE little pumpkin will be fine. I swear, I get a house of my own I will be over-run with animals. With faces like that, how do you not take them home with you, lol!
Your not cruel Sara...however, if I told you she had brain damage from me and you still laughed...we would have to talk ;) I got made fun of all day at work if it makes you feel better :)
